E4C Merch NZ – Shipping and Pickup Policy

Payment Clearance:
Please note that payments made through our website may take 2–5 business days to clear.

As all items are pre-order and made to order, your order will only be added to a production batch once payment has successfully cleared.

• If your payment clears before Sunday at 2:00 PM NZT, your order will be included in the current week’s production batch.
• If your payment clears after Sunday at 2:00 PM NZT, your order will be scheduled for the following week’s batch.

Batches are placed every Sunday at 2:00 PM NZT, which allows us to manage our production flow and provide timely updates for each week’s dispatch.

Dispatch Schedule:
Orders confirmed in the weekly batch will be dispatched on Friday of the same week.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Within New Zealand: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• International Orders: 7–15 working days after dispatch (shipping time may vary depending on destination and local customs)
• Pickup: 1 day after dispatch - Saturday

Please Note:
All E4C Merch items are made to order as part of our weekly batch system. Orders confirmed after the weekly cut-off will be processed in the next cycle.
